Alright, i have an Wraith Prism cpu cooler connected to my asus prim x-470 motherboard. I want to be able to control the RGB through the coolermaster software. I have tried having both the usb header and the usb 2.0 cable plugged in at the same time and one at a time. When plugging in only the usb 2.0 i get the message that an unknown device has been connected. I can not install drivers for the device thus getting no where. Only message i get from coolermasters software is "Plug in cm device to get started". Anyone with the same issue?
