I'm building a new computer with an itx case and want to use an AIO. I can only mount a 120mm AIO, and I was wondering whether or not the H80i v2 could cool a Ryzen 9 3950X well enough. Does anyone know?

Well it will be able to cool it, but it won't be able to cool it EFFECTIVELY. It won't hit its Turbo speeds, and will likely throttle if you use it under anything moderately intensive, but it won't kill it, but you really won't be getting any real benefit from the massive number of cores. You should be using something stronger which AMD recommends, or you could build your own liquid cooling loop.
