Good morning!! I have a problem with the windows processes, I don't know if it will have to do with my ryzen 7 3700x processor, the problem is that windows detects the use of the CPU at 77% continuously, does the same happen to someone ??? Thank you

check the task manager and see what is hogging the CPU

I have already verified in the task manager the use of the cpu, but that reading should fluctuate and it does not, however in dragon center it does a correct real-time reading, and the use of the cpu fluctuates between 3% and 8% It is the image that I have uploaded.

try changing the power plan to power saver and see if that helps

Try changing the power plan and no solved the problem. Yesterday format the system and problem solved.

Clearly there are some problems with WMI and some drivers and software components
