I am Using B350+ with 1800 Ryzen process. Installed windows 10 (Evaluation ). after startup it's get hung. but if i installed windows 2012 Evaluation version and there is no problem. Kindly suggest. Note: using SSD 550 GB and OS not installed on SSD
My guess would be that you need to get a current Windows 10 install media that has support for Ryzen, sounds like yours is old.
You can get that here and make a USB or DVD installation media, you will need a key to activate:
