I have a MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI board. USB has been working perfectly, that is until today when I upgraded my GPU to a PCIe 4.0 card.
After a lot of digging I found that this was a known issue. AMD's "fix" doesn't work for everyone and apparently I'm one of the unlucky few. I got the bios and all drivers fully updated... Ugh... Anyway...
Instead of buying a new board, does anyone know if a PCIe 1x USB expansion card will suffer from the same issues or will that be a decent workaround? They're like $28 on Amazon.
