Why my second ssd is not showing on disk management

I can see in bios and device manager .X470 7 wifi mb 2700x ryzen two Samsung 500gb ssds rtx2060 nvidia 3200 vengeance dimms 16gb

Make sure you don't have it as a raid device or part of a raid setup. That sometimes hide drives.

Make sure your BIOS is up-to-date and also make sure Windows is at the latest build (1903).  I presume you are running Windows 10, yeah?

Also previous reply also mentioned, if you have them in a RAID 1 or RAID 0 per say, you will only see one disk in Windows.
