AMD plans to continue releasing the reference design cards and selling them on their website at suggested prices to make them available to as many gamers as possible. So why is there only the USA when ordering such a video card when choosing a country? Why can't I choose, say, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, or even say Poland with delivery to Belarus? It's just really annoying.
