Why is it with the latest agesa code while memory compatibility has improved, memory performance has decreased for Ryzen?

I have a Ryzen 1800X with an MSI X370 Titanium motherboard and 16GB of G.Skill Flare X DDR4 3200mhz CL 14 memory. I noticed with the latest agfesa code while meory compatibility has improved , I was running at 3066mhz with cl 14-13-13-13-28 , now at 3266mhz cl 14-14-14-14-32, my memory performance has actually declined by almost 10%. On cinebench 15 my score for open GL (highly memory dependent) was previously between 129-131 fps. Now with the new agesa that is Raven Ridge compatible my fps is consistently between 116- 118 fps. How does AMD have the nerve to to brag about improved memory compatibility when it causes a performance hit of 10% in frame rates on memory dependent benchmarks like open GL??????
