Why does AMD have two different versions of the same version!!?

Why is there two different versions of the same version (Adrenaline software), the driver version numbers are the same! The AMD web site download is different form the Adrenaline software update!  Every time I install the AMD web sight version Adrenaline software wants ME TO UPDATE THE SAME VERSION!  THEY ARE THE SAME VERSION NUMBER!! AMD GET YOU SH*T TOGETHER!!!

I found this out because I had a faulty power cable to my GPU. when it would short out the OS would have the onboard graphics take over. So I would have to reinstall the drivers from the AMD web site for the GPU, then when I  get Adrenaline up and running again it then wants to update the same version from the Adrenaline software menu because it say it needs an update.... when they are the same **bleep** version

If your system has dual graphics from two different core architecture families, a different version of driver may be required. For example, you may have a Vega based IGP and a Navi based discrete card. Without listing your system specs it's impossible to determine.

Ryzen R7 5700X | B550 Gaming X | 2x16GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 7900XT
Ryzen R7 5700G | B550 Gaming X | 2x8GB G.Skill 4000 | Radeon Vega 8 IGP
Ryzen R5 5600 | B550 Gaming Edge | 4x8GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 6800XT

you are not getting it. It is the GPU that I had to download and re-install the software from AMD web sight.   Then after the Adrenaline software is installed you open it up the Home page. the Home page wants to re-install that same version number from the"driver &software tab" in Adrenaline.

I will go more in depth of what was happening. I had loss power due to bad connector to the power cable to the GPU with out knowing it for a while I was thinking it just time to buy a GPU until I noticed a red light on the GPU then replaced the power cable. before that it would work fine for a week or two and even three.  this went on for two month period. I have since replaced the power cable and have had no problems since.

when the GPU lost power the OS would switch to onboard graphics without telling me it had done so, I would see blue lights on the GPU, so I thought I was still using the GPU. I go back into the game and the game tells me it need to reload shaders. so now I am reloading shadders for the onboard graphics and not knowing it, which I don't want. have to back out of the game, try to open adrenaline but it wont because it does not match GPU hardware (this when I realize i am in onboard graphics but the blue lights are on the GPU), so I re-install the drivers from the download to get adrenaline to open up again (for the GPU) and then the Adrenaline software from inside the Home page in Adrenaline wants to reinstall the same version number I had just installed from the download.

Then I get to reinstall the shaders for the game, again. I went through 2 months of this crap until I realized I needed to replaced the power cable.

but that is not what this post is about. after doing the 6 times why is Adrenaline software telling me I need to reinstall the same version I just installed from the AMD web sight? I now understand that  there are two different link locations for the same drivers with different dates. please fix it
