How long do I have to wait now? 30 minutes? Several hours? Spammers still manage to get through once in a while - it's not so hard to code a specifically timed spam messages so that the filters won't pick up, but simple users have to arduously wait for the clock to tick each time they post a single reply. Even this post is a victim of this stupidly long wait time for some unknown reason. Does it reset each time you try to post? If that's true, then it's even more stupid and inconvenient.
