I have MSI Alpha 15 RX6600m Ryzen 5 5600h. When i play games, MSI Afterburner shows that my CPU is working at 70-80 Watts even though the max TDP of Ryzen 5 5600h is 45 watts. How is it possible? Is it smartaccess?

TDP is not the same as instant comsuption. The same way the 7950X has a TDP of 170 and mine peaks at +230Watts
