Hi everyone,
I just buy a new RX 7800XT and reinstall the windows. This is my first-time using AMD GPUs, and I notice there is very high fan speed in tuning control while gaming. The fans are spinning at 20% with any automatic tuning or tuning preset.
The only way to make the fans normally work by setting manual tunning and apply fan curve setting by myself.
Is this a faulty GPU? Or it is an issue with current Adrenalin tool.? Can you guys help me?
Thank in advance.

Any other oc/fan control software/apps. installed?
I don't have any other software or apps.
When I install the card, I have the issue. As a result, I decide to reinstall the window without installing anything other than Adrenalin to see if the problem can be resolved. Sadly, that's not the case.
That screenshot appears to be taken under full GPU load, however those are indeed some incredible fans if they are truly running at nearly 57,000 rpm!
Assuming this is not an AMD reference 7800XT but some board partner card, it's likely the Adrenalin software is not reading the fan speed correctly. Did the manufacturer provide any GPU tuning software or have you tried checking in Rivatuner?
Using Rivatuner, I noticed the fan was stuck at 20%, so I manually set it to 50%. Once I switched it back to automatic, it remained at 50%.
The only way to solve this problem is changing the fan in manual setting in Adrenalin. After that, both the fan in Adrenalin and Rivatuner work normally.
I suggest contacting the card manufacturer support to determine how to set the fans to auto control. It's good that you figured out how to manually adjust the fans but it would be nice to have them automatically adjust speed based on temperature.
The new version Adrenalin has fixed the issue.
Thank you all.
