Hey guys,

Since I build my new pc the video playback on Edge and Chrome are choppy/laggy when I scroll.

I have installed all the latest drivers, GPU, chipset, BIOS, Windows.

There aren't any problems when I play games or watch something on a media player, only when I scroll on sites like youtube and twitch

MOBO: Dark hero X570 (3003)

Processor: 5900X

RAM: G. Skill Royal Gold 2 x 16 CL 16-16-16-36 3600

GPU:  EVGA RTX 3080 FTW Ultra

PSU: Dark Power 11 850w

CPU temp: 38/39c

GPU temp: 26/27c

Hope someone can point me in the right direction what the problem could be.

Hello, i also have this problem when scrolling through youtube videos, twitch and stuff. No problems while gaming. No overheating issues, no HDD or SDD issues. AMD chipsets installed, Ryzen Power Plan too etc.... i also flashed the bios. XMP also enabled.

My config :

MOBO : X570-A-PRO 

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

GPU : RTX 3070 KFA2 OC

RAM : DDR4 2X8GB PC 3200 CL16 G.SKILL

If anyone have a solution, feel free to share ! 🙂
