  Does Matrix company represent your products in Iran? Because Iran is among the sanctioned countries. This company introduces itself as the representative of your services and products in Iran. If this is true, you should know that this company does not provide any services to its customers. Rather, he receives a very high amount as your representative and provides services from customers, and even forces people to buy your company's processors along with ASUS motherboards, and if they do not accept, he does not offer any products for sale. . These actions of the company have caused a lot of problems for people who are interested in your products and need them. Matrix company is trying to destroy the AMD brand with this work. Went to Matris Website in Iran and it doesn't sell computer components like Processors or RAM or Motherboards. So what product did you purchase from Matris and are you saying that Matris will not honor your Warranty on the product you purchased?

I have purchased the 3900xt processor and the ASUS b550xe motherboard with the warranty of this company. But no services are provided to the customers and if anyone protests (non-providing services and forced sale of goods), they will be threatened and treated very badly.

Okay as far as your AMD 3900XT processor is concerned about it has a International AMD Warranty of 3 years as long as it doesn't interfere with local or national laws. It starts as soon as your Retailer's Warranty expires. NOTE: Your AMD Processor must be purchased in a Official AMD Retail Box. If the processor came packed in a different Non-AMD box then the AMD Warranty is voided.

With Asus Motherboard you can put in a Warranty ticket directly with Asus Support and see what they say.

My problem is something else. I want to know if this company is really the official representative of AMD or not? If it is not a representative, the company should deal with it and not provide any product to it because matrix company is deceiving its customers. Besides AMD Forum isn't  the place to complain about a distributor business model or behavior. You need to contact your local AMD OFFICE and let them know.

NOTE: Not sure if the above AMD Corporate office is the right place to contact or not but you can always send them an email and see where they will direct you.
