Vega 64 Buzzing noise when playing or using some software

Hello, I have a problem with my GPU, when I use certain programs it starts to make a buzzing noise, for example when I put a presentation in power point or when I want to take a screenshot by pressing Windows+Shift+S. I recorded a video with the problem

It also happens in some video games and it becomes very annoying to play listening that buzzing.

This problem is recent, I have been with this computer for 10 months and a few days ago it started making this noise.

I hope someone can help me. I would appreciate it!

Ryzen 5 3600x

Vega 64 Asus Strix

Asus B450m tuf gaming plus

All I heard was fan noise with some high frequency noise,

What do you have for a PSU in the box?

I have an AeroCool Cylon 700W 80+ Bronze.

I didn't think that could affect.

You might want to find a better PSU like maybe the Corsair RM750x which is 80 plus gold and well liked

Corsair does not have a RGB PSU, instead they leave that to the chassis for the vanity market

I use the 80 platinum HX1000i
