Used to stream at 1080p, now my PC can barely handle 720p

 

I've been able to stream at 1080p with 6000 bit rate for several weeks now with my new PC.
However as of yesterday, I am unable to stream at this quality, let alone even 4000 bitrate without constant stutters on stream and delayed frames.
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
CPU: Ryzen 9 5950x 16 Core
Ram: 32 gb

I've tried Streamlabs OBS, OBS Studio, and even Radeon's Software for streaming and each program struggles to output 1080p.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I mean the first question would be have you changed anything in that time

ie updates, added new programs, maybe changed to an newer optional update for the 6800xt?
