I have an MSI B450 Gaming Plus motherboard and I noticed that a couple of the USB ports on the motherboard don't work. The Case USB ports work. Are there any ways to fix this? I've checked the Windows 11 Device Manager and there doesn't seem to be any issues there. Sadly, the motherboard is older than a year, I believe that's what the warranty period is. I've also tried updating it to the latest BIOS version and still nothing.
try updating the chipset drivers for the board. see if that helps. also go into the device manager and uninstall all of the usb port stuff and restart the computer to let windows reinstall those drivers
