Stuttering

Hello, I switched my old gpu and cpu to rx 6700 xt and r5600.
I have stuttering in games and I tried many things, nothing helped
At first I thought maybe my sata ssd could be the cause so I bought new nvme and moved everything to it, nothing changed
I got new better PSU, didn't help either
I reinstalled my graphics drivers using DDU and it didn't help either
I have newest bios version
I have 24GB of RAM, same speed, same manifacturer, 1 stick is 8GB second one that is newer is 16GB
Stutters happen when loading in new things, when I'm walking around loaded area there are no stutters
I also noticed that some games have more stutters than others, for example in Witcher 3 there are really small stutters that I can play with but in Valheim when terrain is loading in there are like 4 times bigger stutters than in Witcher 3
Please help!

You've taken some good steps to address the stuttering issue. Try running your system with each RAM stick separately to rule out compatibility issues. Check for driver and Windows updates, optimize power settings, and monitor temperatures.
