If I purchase an eligible processor AND graphics card would I get 2 copies of the game? I'm building my first PC and will be using the raedon 7900XTX and the Ryzen 7 7800x3d and would like to give a copy away to a friend so we can play together on discord (I'm aware it's a single player game but would still like to play along with a friend)

I would assume you get two copies. but they key go to your account on steam. and amd tool that is used tests your system to get the code: Yes, you get two, but I don't think you can transfer one. maybe send them a support ticket with that question.
