Hello there guys, I upgraded my pc to an 7800 XT GPU , RYZEN 7500 CPU , and 32 RAM 6000mhz with XMP profile enabled and PBO enabled and 2 k 180 monitor. I got some small input lags which might and be from my Internet connection and I was wondering what should be the best optimal settings on adrenaline and on league of legends to play the game as smoothly as it gets without lagging.

As for now I have only smart memory access enabled and FREESYNC on adrenaline while on game I have my fps capped on 240 everything running on very high with shadows on low
