Having tried everything, searched the internet, updated drivers, downgraded drivers I'm still getting random pc crashes due to this known issue AMD/Microsoft are doing nothing about. Any help?

Tried the amd-software-adrenalin-edition-23.4.3 to update and also downgrade drivers, still crashing

I have a ROG g14 GA401II - AMD Ryzen 7 4800HS - Bios GA401II.220, 14/03/2022, Windows 11 Home 10.0.22621 Build 22661
