Hi all I’m running the following
asus prime x670p
ryzen 9 7900x
geforce 3070 ti
64gb Corsair vengeance DDR5 6000mhz ram
windows 11 pro
however my clock speed in task manager is sitting at 0.47ghz
everything is updated
no extra programs just windows installed along with drivers
when I boot in safe mode everything is working and my cpu speed in task manager is 4.69ghz
go back to normal mode and it’s stuck at 0.47ghz
bios updated
power saving mode is on high performance(changed back and forth still the same)
I have 1000w psu coming today currently running 750w Corsair
any ideas what could be wrong?
