Ryzen 7 5700G + RX 6600 going BLACK SCREEN when doing low load work and need to hard reset everytime
hello friends, please help me.
my setup uses ryzen 7 5700g, gigabyte ax 370, ram 32, and rx 6600.
my pc often experiences blackscreen, keyboard and mouse cannot work, cannot be reset, and the screen enters saving mode. the only way is to hard reset or disconnect the power supply to the motherboard and reconnect it after the pc is turned off and press the power button.
i have tried reinstalling windows 11. updating bios, chipset and all gpu software. i have also turned off the graphics accelerator in the browser and discord.
this issue usually occurs when the computer is doing light work. never happens when downloading, reinstalling or playing games. so if i want to work, i need to log in and idle in the game home so that the pc doesn't blackscreen. has anyone experienced the same thing? this is very frustrating. i don't know where the issue is.
