Ryzen 7 1700 LED Spire in a Biostar TB350-BTC stopped working after installing Windows 10.
In the beginning the Spire LED Cooler;s red ring lit up, but after the install there's no ring lit up, but fan spins and the white AMD logo lights up, no post.
Any help would be appreciated.
Basically trying to verify that if the LED ring doesn't come on, without being plugged into an LED Header, does it mean the CPU is dead?
Not sure if I should RMA the CPU or Mobo.
