I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I'm trying to find a 4000 series Ryzen that I could buy directly, as I want just the CPU but the AMD main site says they're OEM only so how do I get my hands on it as a consumer?

So far none of the mobile processors has surfaced for desktop use.

Evidently they are only being sold on reels for pick and place machines.
