I purchased an amd holiday bundle but the 6950xt in the bundle will only consistently boot in the bottom pcie slot. When I put it in the top spot it won’t boot but maybe 2 times. But my old card l(6700xt red devil) works just fine in the top slot. What is y’all’s input?
