so basically this issue started from Gta5 After playing the game for sometime Like 10-15 mins games starts stuttering Alot out of no where after 5-10 secs of stuttering games back smooth again. Its running on 144 Fps smooth but after some playing this happens first I ignored this issue however I started playing Days Gone recently and same issue occurred in the game after playing it for 5-10 mins there are sutters and then smooth again then sutters again basically they happen after some intervals of time. After further looking i realised that my gpu usage drops from eg 90%
to around 15-20% causing this issue and then back to 90% and games normal then. Anyone know a solution to this? Some games example Fortnite works fine
