RX570 Wrong High Resolution Eyefinity

I have a triple Benq EX3203r monitors (all the same specs).  I do sim racing with my setup.  The problem I have been having is, every time I load a game using Eyefinity, it chooses a ridiculously high resolution that my monitors can't handle.  Eyefinity is choosing the GPU highest resolution which exceeds my monitor resolution, the sad thing about that is, there is no way to adjust the Eyefinity display settings.  If I try to go back to the display setting in windows to change the resolution, Eyefinity acts out by going from one continuous screen to three duplicate screens which requires me to reboot the computer because it will be stuck in duplicate.  Below you'll find everything I tried to get Eyefinity to load games in the monitors max resolution of 2560x1440 @ 144hz:

- Read and watch video's for hours but nothing was out there matching my issue.

- Uninstall and reinstall new drivers for both the monitors and GPU

- Loaded the Eyefinity program that is hidden in the directory.  Didn't offer anything to set resolution.

- Tried to use old GPU drivers.

- Tried to use Windows generic GPU drivers

- Tried to set a custom resolution in hopes that Eyefinity would leave the monitors alone.

- Verified that Windows 11 display settings are set correctly and at the correct resolution and refresh rates.

As of right now, I have done a complete clean install of all monitor and AMD software and drivers, so everything is now back to default settings.  I feel like I tried everything at this time and I hope you fine people will be able to help me get out of this nightmare.

Thanks in advance!!!
