RX 7900 XT fans always full speed

I bought the RX 7900 XT and installed it today.

I uninstalled the Nvidia drivers and installed AMD Software Adrenalin.

From the start, the fans were really loud, i assume 100%.

The software tells me though that the fan speed should be only like 440 rpm atm.

The GPU seems to work fine other than the fan speed.

What can i do to find out the issue/fix the problem?

Im running it on pretty fresh windows 11, i9 12900k

Thanks for the fast answer,

sadly i realised my GPU has a defect fan, i assume this is the reason the others go high speed.

Gonna send it back and buy a new one

Try using DDU to uninstall drivers, restart and reinstall drivers. If this doesn't work you could try to make a fan curve in Adrenalin performance>tuning section.
