RX 560X gpu stuck in power saving mode

I own an asus tuf fx505dy laptop. Everytime I try opening my laptop an armoury crate app notification comes up stating that some programs are using gpu and turn them off to save power. Seems like my gpu is in power saving mode? I have tried everything from reinstalling the gpu drivers to completely reinstalling windows and I'm out of options but the problem still exists due to which I am unable to play games, infact the games from epic launcher dont even launch itself anymore. Help? Thanks

Hello, thanks for the reply. I tried reinstalling everything normally and the DDU method. While the notification about the power saving has stopped popping up but unfortunately I still cannot run games, so I'm guessing its a faulty hardware. But thanks again for your reply.
