I have been attempting to get an RMA approved for almost a solid month now providing everything support has asked and still it take like 3 days for them to get back to me each step.
When I RMAed a CPU to Intel it was a single phone call and I had the RMA done in like 20 mins.
Is there a general phone number I can speak with someone because this is ridiculous.
