Report of Samsung and Invidia being hacked.

Came across multiple independent news reports of the following.

Invida support and developer servers hacked multiple digital license signatures stolen for 2K 3K and upcoming 4K series GPUs.

Samsung support and developer servers hacked digital license signatures stolen for EVO 870 and 890 series both SATA 3 and NVME SSDs.

This means that someone with a duplicate of your digital license signature can get past your AV because both your AV and Windows will recognize the data entry as legitimate through the license signature.

The hackers have been going mostly after crypt miners and using their remote access assistant to access the data they want. You can use a Group Policy Editor or Registry Editor to shut off all remote access points to your PC. This is the only way I can think of to effectively defend against these threats.
