Reach and Rohs Request

Hello,

I have a quality Issue. I am doing a documental Reach&Rohs compliance activity.

I have to analyse these part numbers: 

SMD IC FPGA Spartan 6 Dev. F676XC6SLX150-3FGG676I
IC,MEM,PROM,32Mbit,X16,NOR,1.8V,TFBGA48XCF32PFSG48C
SMD I.C. XC3S400   FPGA Spartan-3  FT256XC3S400-4FTG256I

 

Is it possible to have a Reach Certification with a candidate list updated at least to 17jan2023? On the site I have found the Reach document but the candidate list is updated only to 10jun2022.

I would like to know also if there are Rohs exemption applied or SVHC substances.
