Recently, I have been experiencing random PC crashes with no obvious cause. Occasionally, I receive a "Cache Hierarchy Error," but not every time. The crashes occur at random times, and I haven't found a way to reproduce them consistently. When they do happen, my main monitor goes black, the other turns green, and a screeching sound plays through my headphones before the PC resets. These crashes only occur when I'm playing a demanding game like RDR2, they never happen while browsing.
I've tried turning off XMP and PBO, reseating the RAM, CPU, and GPU, running chkdsk and sfc /scannow, updating the BIOS, and resetting it to default settings. I've also disabled ReBAR, but nothing has worked. I ran OCCT stress tests like Core Cycler, but they didn't produce any crashes. Even in 3DMark stress tests, the PC remained stable with no crashes.

You did everything right. But there is one thing you missed.
PSU.
PSU problems are hardest to spot.
Did you test your C drive (just in case)?
I did test it and I already replaced PSU.
Is everything on default settings?
Yes, everything is set to default. No overclocks or anything
Although I just opened the minidump to see if maybe it would give me some kind of clue as to what is the problem and I found an ntkrnlmp.exe error
Random PC crashes can be annoying! It might be due to overheating or outdated drivers. Checking system logs and updating drivers could help fix the issue.
Check individual ram sticks. I dont know how many there are in your conifg but start with one.
