Hi, is there a way to contact someone about an RMA that just seem to be ignored? About 2 months ago I claimed warranty on a Radeon RX 6950XT that started showing issues after one year of use. I was asked to send back the defective card and wait for a refund because there was no suitable replacement in stock. The card was received by AMD and after more than two weeks I have no news about a replacement or a refund. I keep replying to the thread case with questions about the status of this but I keep being ignored. Any other channels I could turn to? I have been an AMD fan since the K5 era but at this point I just want to get my card or money back and move one and never deal with AMD again.
