radeon rx 5700 vs radeon pro w5700

Why there not much difference between radeon rx 5700 and radeon pro w5700 in terms of double precision performance?

Because they're both 1/16th single precision, same as all Navi, Polaris, and Vega Pro series cards with the exception of the newly released Radeon Pro Vega II, which has an FP64 of 1/2 FP32.
