Hello, for the past month everytime i save a video using replay feature it gets disguistingly laggy and makes you wanna throw up if you have seen it. The video has constant lag spikes or something similiar like screen tearing, where the colors get mixed up and video freezes for a couple seconds and then it works again. Just to clarify, my radeon drivers are the latest one 21.2.3 but I dont want to hear people say how im using optimal and not recommended drivers because I just updated to this version last night, and the problem was long before those drivers. Yes I am playing an old game, but this happens in every game Ive tried, League of Legends, CSGO, GTA V... My specifications are rx 5500 xt and ryzen 3 3100, 500W supply and 16GB ram.
