I was recently trying to watch a clip of me while playing a video game and while doing so the footage freezes for a bit and then skips to another time frame. Can someone please find a answer to fix this?
Try reinstalling the AMD driver with a factory reset in the advanced options at the beginning of installation. This fixes most issues with bugs that I know of.
