Radeon drivers 23.9.2 and .3 not working correctly

So I'm using a Radeon RX 6750XT and I've discovered some issues with both the 23.9.2 and the 23.9.3 drivers. 23.9.2 caused my screens to flicker everytime I tabbed out of a game (it went even as far as completely reconnecting my screens once), 23.9.3 causes memory overflows. Battlefield crashes regularly with the DX 11/12 memory overflow message. It's unplayable. I've uninstalled my drivers using DDU and reinstalled them.

Ah, another victim of AMDs user testing team. Most on here have reverted back to 23.9.1 which seems to be stable.
