Hl all,
I'm having some issues with my new Ryzen upgrade. I'm getting bluescreens extremely frequently, typically less than 15 minutes of uptime between them. Different codes so far include MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, unexpected store exception, page fault in nonpaged area, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, and more. This is a clean windows install on the drive. The RAM has been running fine in a Skylake build for ~4 years, and both sticks pass the windows memory tests, however this system is picky with it. The current stick boots fine, but the other stick on it's own won't post. Both sticks together was booting but *seemed* to be BSODing faster in windows. Specs below:
Hardware:
R5 3600
MSI B450 Tomahawk
HyperX HX421C14FBK2/16 8Gb DDR4 (Listed on MSI's website as compatible with Ryzen 3000 in this board)
PowerColor R9 390
XPG SX8200 1TB
EVGA 650 G2 PSU
Software:
Windows Build 18362
AMD Radeon Settings 19.7.2
BIOS: 7C02v19
CPU Driver: 10.0.18362.113
Chipset Driver: 1.07.07.0725
All amd drivers direct from the AMD website.
Really hope someone can help me figure out what's up/which hardware I need to replace/RMA. Let me know what screenshots/bug report files I need to post to help solve this. Thanks in advance.
