The RX 5700XT max temperature is 110°C at which point it will throttle.

A GPU hotspot temperature of 110-118°C is definitely too high for your Radeon RX 5700 XT. While some cards can tolerate temperatures up to around 90-95°C, anything above that range can cause thermal throttling, where the GPU reduces performance to avoid overheating, and can even lead to long-term damage.

Here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check your case airflow: Ensure your PC has good airflow. Poor ventilation can lead to higher temperatures.
  2. Clean the GPU and fans: Dust buildup can clog the cooling system and affect temperatures.
  3. Adjust fan curve: Use software like MSI Afterburner to increase fan speed and improve cooling.
  4. Check thermal paste: If the card is new, the thermal paste might still be fine, but after some time, it may degrade, causing higher temperatures. Reapplying it can help.

If the temperatures are consistently high, it might be worth reaching out to the manufacturer for a replacement under warranty.

Yeah, i find the one problem, cooling work is not currect! :), done repairing hahah, now i'm have a temperatures at real good load of a videocard a HotSpot 103+-c, but i don't have lowing of mhz on the 113-116c of HotSpot and don't have it now on the 103+-c on the good load of videocard
