"Host application has stopped working" with 18.3.4 under Win7/64 - Worked fine with 18.2.1, did full uninstall with AMD Cleaning tool

Under Win7/64 i get "Host application has stopped working" when i try to open the AMD settings. Worked fine with 18.2.1

I did full uninstall and run the AMD Cleaning Tool.
