i have i pc with this configuration:
amd ryzen 7 3700x, sapphire rx 5700 xt ddr6 8gb, asus tuf b550 plus, corsair ddr4 16gb ecc...
I generally have no problems with games, but with call of duty: cold war and warzone is impossible to play:
cold war freeze at initial load screen, the progress bar reach 99% and stuck, no disk and internet activity; warzone after initial loading stuck in a black screen, no audio nothing.
done dozens of attempts, repair tools, driver updates, windows 10 updates, even formatting and reinstalling the operating system, but the problems still remains the same. on raddit there are many discussions of users with the same problem, and all with amd cpu or gpu. in fact testing the game on a pc with nvidia video card works perfectly.
