Heeeey people,

I'm desperate, I changed my graphics card from GeForce 1080 to the one mentioned above.

More powerful, but my performance on premiere pro and after effect is really catastrophic, rendering time ultra long, lots of lag.

Even Adbobe support couldn't find the problem and found it strange.

A magician among you?

Here's my configuration:

2x Corsair Vengeance LPX (2 x 8GB, 2933 MHz, RAM DDR4, DIMM)
1x Samsung 970 EVO Plus (1000 Go, M.2 2280)
1x Intel Core i9-11900K (LGA 1200, 3.50 GHz, 8 -Core)
AMD RX 7900 XTX
Asus Rog strix 1000w

Happened to me on Davinci Resolve while upgrading from the RX480 to the 6800. Found out some time later it was a problem with Davinci Resolve itself. So I downgraded untill they fix the problem and everything was super snappy as it should be.


Try other versions of Premiere and/or other drivers.


Another thing you might try, if I don't use WHQL drivers, Davinci will have lots of issues too.


PS:

There might be some issue, because according PUGET the 7000 series is no slouch at video editing.
