Please help

Hello, 

I want to update my AMD Radeon r4 graphics. How do I do this?? 
I can't see it in the list of options in the graphics. 
Please help. Also, I am a bit of a noob, so please be patient with me

downloaded the auto detect software, and it said "Adrenalin 2019 successfully installed". I was then prompted to restart my computer. However, in my device panel it still shows that I have AMD Radeon R4.

You still have an AMD Radeon R4 after the driver update. You driver has been updated, not the physical graphics card.
