This happened twice today.
My PC hangs with blank screens suddenly when I play a video (e.g., one from YouTube), but it recovers 1 or 2 minutes later, but the connection to a 4K monitor via a display port is lost. I can use only a monitor connected to the HDMI port. My PC does not have a video card. I use the onboard integrated graphics.
Motherboard: MAG B650M MORTAR WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9900X Granite Ridge AM5 4.40GHz
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series 64GB (2 x 32GB)
Monitor: Samsung U28E590 4K connected to the display port and LG Ultrawide (2560x1080) to the HDMI port
When I try to run AMD Adrenalin 24.10.34 after the PC recovers, I get the following message:
Everything is back to normal after I reboot the PC.
Could anyone offer a tip on how to remedy this?
