PC crashing - gpu crash

Hi to all!

I'm new here, but I'm not new on pc building.

Sometimes, whatever I do.....PC freezes, BSOD occurs and restarts.
No "hieroglyphs" caused by GPU.....nothing...freeze, BSOD, restarts.

There is this "WhoCrashed" app who detects and analyze "dump" files.
It is always saying that fault is by GPU driver or FAULTY GPU.

EDIT: Only "OC" I have are tweaked settings in ADRENALINE for a GPU cooler to maintain cooler speed to make gpu 35-40c instead of inactive cooler on 50c temparature.

I've got connected my 48" TV though HDMI to my GPU.
Sometimes I switch to my TV to watch movies and stuff......(switch from display1 to display2). GPU is connected through DisplayPort to my main PC display.

Sometimes Windows Update pushes their drivers and I get "Microsoft Basic Display Driver" in Device Manager...
I recently bought brand new PSU "Asus Rog Strix 750W Gold" considering that my old PSU is dying (more than 10 years old ThermalTake Smart 630W).

Reinstalling GPU driver fixes problem for the time being......but happens now and then.

My PC specs are:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Gigabyte GA-AB350M DS3H v2 (rev 1.1)

4x 8GB Kingston DDR4 3200MHz BlackBeast (XMP enabled) (2 kits 2x8GB) 32GB in total

m.2 NVMe SSD Kingston SKC2500M8250G (system drive)

WD HDD 1TB 7200 (games installations)

WD HDD 2TB 5400 (storage)

XFX RX 470 TripleX (4GB/256bit/GDDR5)

ACER display QG241Y

ASUS ROG STRIX 750W Gold 80+

Network: Optics 200/80 Mbits speed

P.S.

I can play JEDI Fallen Order on maximum settings, I can play it for hours with no problems.
I played Hogwarts Legacy on medium settings for a few hours, no crash.

My kid play FORTNITE.....few MP games, PC crashes for no reason.
I can do my job in Excell worksheet for a few miutes, PC crashes.

I have no idea what is going on.
