Order canceled without any reason after it was confirmed (AMD Store)

Hello,

I ordered yesterday a Radeon 6900XT and paid via credit card.
- I received at yesterday 17:34 a confirmation mail (Order 33810183339) 
- Then I received today at 1:36AM an email saying that the order has been cancelled for reason "Other".
 
I would like to know the reason of cancellation on your end please.
There's no human contact, no telephone, no email I found for more explanation
 
Last month I ordered a 6800XT (not the same graphic card) for my other PC and I got no problem with this order.

i think it is possible that AMD only sells 1 (in words ONE) RX 6000-Series per household until there is higher stock available...

but maybe @Matt_AMD can help you with this - because here is the "User help User Forum"

Mhh, that make sense that they limit of ONE reference per household to prevent grabbing all the stock (=not possible to buy 2x 6800XT)

but it would be weird if this limitation is for the entire 6000 lineup. If I knew this, I would have make a different choice and only get the 6900XT :(

It would be awesome if I get help from @Matt_AMD on this matter please.
