Hi I purchased the Radeon VII from the AMD.com website and there was no physical coupon code in the box that it came in. I also have not received the coupon code via email or text. I can upload a pdf of the receipt to whomever contacts me from support.

I actually purchased it from the AMD.com website and I was not forwarded to an offsite retailer. I kind of wish I had though that way I could work directly with them and hopefully receive support sooner.

Yes I did and they sent me to this forum to request help. No luck as of today. Is there a customer service number we can call?

I would have thought that amd.com would get it right. Geez. I am thinking of buying vii from amd.com too.
