Hi, i ordered a 5900x cpu 3 weeks ago, money was taken, mail send and tracking number given, nd i still get nothing.

DHL is asking me to get in touch with the seller. How i can contact AMD?

What i need to do?

I made the order on AMD.COM the 30 April, got the tracking number the 5 may. And since then nothing.

So DHL has received the package and it reached the sorting center. Why then do they want you to contact AMD ?
